Returns
Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item in order to initiate a return. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns of items which have been used. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
Warranty & Exchanges
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item in order to initiate a warranty claim. We hold the right to inspect the item prior to any warranty obligation. If an item is damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it or issue a refund if necessary.
